The 2025 MEDC AEYL Award was granted to the Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership (AEYL). The McKinney Chamber of Commerce recognized AEYL with the 2025 Workforce Development Award. This award, presented in March 2025, acknowledges AEYL's valuable contribution to enhancing career exposure and providing hands-on experience for teenagers and young adults through partnerships with businesses.
